Shop Policy

We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to deliver our products to your door.

We accept the following methods of payment:
Paypal, cheque, direct debit.

Some products are fragile in nature so please notify us immediately if the goods are in any way damaged or broken.

All products are subject to availability and there may be circumstances beyond our control that means we may not be able to fulfil your order. Customer service is most important to us and we will always do our best to help you find what you are searching for.

We care about your privacy and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure your information is kept private. We only collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

Postage

We have an Australian Post Calculator built into this site, which determines the rate based on the weight of the parcel and your postcode.

Pricing

  • All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and GST exclusive. GST will be added on to the total in the shopping cart.

Faulty Items

  • When you receive your goods we request you unpack all stock and report any faulty items within 2 days. A written confirmation of the following information - code, colour, price, quantity - is required by either email or fax.

Returns

We will happily refund, exchange an item or issue a credit note if your purchase does not meet your expectations and only under the following conditions:

  • A valid receipt (original or copy) must be enclosed for all returns.
  • Goods for exchange must be in 'as sold' condition, unused and unaltered.
  • Refund is available only on faulty goods & must  be returned within 3 days after delivery.
